Roll Cake With Strawberry Jam Recipe

Roll Cake Ingredients:

• 8 egg yolks
• 4 egg whites
• 175 g granulated sugar
• 175 g low protein flour
• 40 g Morinaga Chil School Gold Strawberry Flavor powder milk
• 50 g cornstarch
• 150 g margarine, melt it
• ½ teaspoon ovalet
• 1 teaspoon strawberry paste
• 2 drops red food coloring

Spread:

• 200 g strawberry jam

How to Make:

1. Beats the egg whites, egg yolks, granulated sugar, and salt using a mixer till it’s stiff.
2. Put the ovalet, strawberry paste, and red food coloring, mix it for 1 minute.
3. Put the flour, cornstarch, Morinaga Chil School Gold Strawberry Flavor powder milk, and margarine. Stir well.
4. Pour it on a 24 x 24 x 2 cm baking sheet that is already layered with baking paper and spreaded with margarine.
5. Bake in an oven with a temperature of 190 degrees celsius for 35 minutes or until cooked. Lift. Remove from the baking sheet.
6. Spread the bottom of the cake with strawberry jam, roll, and dense it. Let it cool.
7. Cut the rolls into pieces, arrange it on a serving plate. Serve it.
