Spend the weekend cooking with little one? Wow, sounds really exciting. But, just cook something simple and fun, Mom. Like the Mini Pizza Mozzarella menu that can be enjoyed by little one as a snack when relaxing. Home-made pizza must be healthier, more nutritious, and easy to adjust with little one’s taste. The taste is also not too different with Italian restaurant-style pizza. Curious to try it? Follow this recipe, Mom:

How to Make:

  1. Pizza Crust: Mix the flour, Morinaga Chil Kid Platinum MoriCare Zigma Honey flavor powder milk, instant yeast, bread improver, salt, and sugar. Mix it well. Add a little bit of water little by little while kneading it until it mixed well. Add cooking oil/margarine/butter. Knead again until the dough is smooth and transparent. Leave the dough in a warm place for 1 hour or until it expands to double the original size.
  2. Deflate the dough and divide into circles weighing 50 g.
  3. Ferment or expand the dough for another 15-30 minutes. After that, grind into a thin round shape, pin the surface with a fork.
  4. Topping: Heat the margarine, stir-fried minced beef. Season pepper and salt. Cook while stirring until cooked. Lift.
  5. Finishing: Brush the surface of pizza crust with tomato sauce and mayonnaise. Sprinkle the oregano powder. Add the stir-fried minced beef, peas, sweet corn, and other toppings. Cover the top with chunks of mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees celsius for 10 minutes-15 minutes. Or until cooked. Lift.
  7. Arrange the pizza on a serving plate. Serve it warm.

For 8 Pieces

Tip: Pizza topping can be changed according to the taste, like chicken meat, mushroom, sausage, or beef meatballs.

Besides the variation of the toppings, the cooked level can also be adjusted according to the tastes of the little one. If little one likes the dry texture, Mom can bake longer. Conversely, if little one is more interested in soft texture, 10-12 minutes of baking time is enough.

While snacking on pizza, don't forget to give Morinaga Platinum MoriCare Zigma growth milk to supplement its nutritional needs every day.
