Having fun playing in the yard, suddenly the rain falls. Little one becomes not excited.well, to make little one excited again, how about Mom prepare a warm dish for little one? Just the easy one, Mom, like this Meatball Cream Soup. Let’s try the recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 1500 ml meat broth/water
  • 50 g flour
  • 100 g sweet corn, puree
  • 100 g button mushroom, chopped
  • 50 g peas
  • 40 g Morinaga Chil Kid Platinum MoriCare Zigma Vanilla powder milk
  • 40 g cheddar cheese, grated
  • 40 g margarine
  • 1 tablespoon chopped celery

 

Seasoning:

  • 40 g chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon fine salt

Meatball:

  • 300 g minced beef
  • ½ teaspoon fine salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground pepper

 

For 5 Servings

How to Make:

  1. Meatball, mix the beef meat with salt.Mix it well. Take a pinch of meat, shape it rounded. Do it until the meat runs out.
  2. Heat the margarine, saute the garlic and onion until fragrant. Put the flour, mix well.
  3. Dissolve Morinaga Chil Kid Platinum MoriCare Zigma Vanilla powder milk with meat broth or water, stir well. Pour into the stir-fry spices. Cook until boiling.
  4. Add the meatballs, mushroom, peas, and chopped celery. Cook until every ingredient is cooked. Shortly before lifting, add grated cheddar cheese, stir well.
  5. Pour the soup on a serving bowl. Serve it warm.

 

Tip: Meat broth can be replaced with chicken broth.
