Burger Ingredients:

  • 300 g minced beef
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 40 g bread crumbs
  • 40 g Morinaga Chil School Platinum MoriCare Zigma Vanilla flavor powder milk
  • 40 g chopped onion
  • ½ teaspoon ground pepper
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg powder
  • 1 teaspoon fine salt
  • The oil for frying

Complement:

  • 4 pcs burger buns
  • 4 pieces sliced cheese
  • 60 g tomato sauce
  • 50 g mayonnaise sauce
  • 4 pieces of lettuce
  • 1 tomato, cut it round
  • 40 g onion, cut it round

How to Make:

  1. Burger: Mix the minced beef with egg, Morinaga Chil School Platinum MoriCare Zigma Vanilla flavor powder milk, bread crumbs, and all the ingredients. Mix it well.
  2. Divide it into 4 parts. Shape it into flat round,
  3. Heat the oil, fry the burger until cooked and brownish yellow. Lift, drain.
  4. Completion: Prepare the buns. Put the lettuce on the buns, tomato slices, and onion. Spread the tomato sauce and mayonnaise on top of the buns. Put the burger, cheese slices and cover it with other burger buns.
  5. Arrange the burger on a serving plate, serve it right away.

Tip: Put the burger meat on top of the bun before serving it so the buns aren't moist because of the sauce and mayonnaise.
