Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs, beat it
  • 250 g potato, cut into long bar
  • 60 g beef meatballs, cut it rounded
  • 50 g mozzarella cheese
  • 40 g green eggplants, cut into cubes
  • 1 tomato, cut into cubes
  • 40 g Morinaga Chil Kid Platinum MoriCare Zigma Honey flavor
  • 40 g margarine, melt it

 

Seasoning:

  • 40 g onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of sliced scallions
  • ½ teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oregano powder
  • 1 teaspoon fine salt
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar

How to Make:

  1. Mix the beaten eggs with margarine, sliced scallions, Morinaga Chil Kid Platinum MoriCare Zigma Honey flavor, and all the seasonings. Mix it well.
  2. Put the potato cubes, eggplants, tomato, meatballs, and half of the cheese into the egg mixture, stir well.
  3. Prepare a heat-resistant plate. Pour the frittata mixture, spread it evenly. Cover the top with chunks of mozzarella cheese.
  4. Bake in an oven with a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes or until cooked and brownish yellow colored. Lift.
  5. Arrange on a serving plate. Serve it warm.
