Submitting a Receipt through the Website

Easy way to add Morinaga Rewards Club points through the website :

  • Prepare your receipt.
  • Make sure the receipt is not older than 3 (three) months since your last receipt transaction date.
  • Write your personal data on the receipt, e.g.: Sample receipt
    • Write “WEBMRC” (must intersect the middle part of the outlet’s name).
    • Write the receipt submission date.
    • Add your signature on every Morinaga and KALBE Nutritionals product.

Morinaga Rewards Club

A. Membership

  1. Morinaga Rewards Club Program (“Program”) is aimed for personal consumers who directly use products of KALBE Group (“KALBE”) and is ineligible for benefactors, social organizations, government institutions, merchants, shops, companies, etc.

  2. By being a member, Mom and Dad agree to obey these Terms and Conditions, and other rules regarding Programs, Cards, and membership. Mom and Dad will automatically registered as a member of KALCare Rewards.

  3. By being a member, Mom and Dad give KALBE the right to use given information for various needs, including commercial needs. Mom and Dad protect and release KALBE from every charge and consequence regarding the truth of the data given to us.

  4. Members are required to renew or complete their personal data if any changes occurs by contacting KALBE Customer Care.

  5. KALBE is freed from any responsibilities regarding the loss or delay on delivering products, materials, rewards, or gifts caused by wrong address or unreported change of address; also regarding whether information via email is received or not if members caused by wrong or changed email address.

  6. This Program is ineligible for outlet owners including immediate family (as written on Kartu Keluarga), if there’s proof of violation, the points and membership of the owner and their family becomes invalid.

  7. How to become a member of Morinaga Rewards Club:

  8. KALBE has the right to stop or change the Program with or without notifying Morinaga Rewards Card members.

  9. KALBE is freed from any responsibilities regarding the consequences of terminating or changing the Program.

  10. KALBE has the right to cut points, cancel reward redemption, stop someone’s membership all at once without notifying first when one or all of these conditions happen:

    • Member doesn’t give permission to be verified and send required additional data.

    • Data or materials given to KALBE are wrong or incomplete.

    • Name written on the Card is different from the valid official identities (ID/PASSPORT/DRIVER’S LICENSE/KK).

    • Misuse in collecting or using points, including counterfeiting transaction proof.

    • Do or get involved in terms of Program

    • Do or get involved in defamation of KALBE or its products, and destroy the public’s trust in KALBE or its products.

    • Member is proven to be an outlet owner, including their family.

  11. Membership points that hasn’t been used by a member whose membership was terminated as regulated in these Terms and Conditions will become invalid.

  12. KALBE has the right to do verification towards members and their given materials and data (including point accumulation proof) and ask for additional data for verification purposes (such as a copy of Kartu Keluarga and ID Card).

B. Proof of Morinaga Rewards Club Membership

  1. Proof of Morinaga Rewards Club membership is a Digital Card (“Card”), which can only be used by the owner whose name is written on the Card. The usage of this Card is regulated by these Terms and Conditions and other rules regarding the Card, which can change from time to time.

  2. The Card belongs to KALBE. 1 (one) person can only own 1 (one) KALCare Rewards membership card. If a member has more than one Card, points can’t be merged and the owner must inform this to KALBE Customer Care. KALBE has the right to decide which Card is eligible for reward redemption. Points that are approved are points in the Card which KALBE decided as valid.

  3. The Card’s period of validity is lifelong.

C. Morinaga Rewards Club Points

  1. Member of Morinaga Rewards Club can accumulate points by purchasing Morinaga products (certain variations) and other KALBE Nutritionals’ products.

  2. Morinaga Rewards Club points and KALCare Rewards points are the same.

  3. Other KALBE Nutritionals’ products aforementioned are Prenagen, Lovamil, Milna, Fitbar, Slim & Fit, Diva, Entrasol, Nutrive Benecol, Diabetasol, Nutlife Sweetener, Zee, Fitchips, and other products that have KALCare Rewards points.

  4. The period of point accumulation is limited to 1 (one) year. For the first year, the point accumulation period starts from the date a receipt is processed by KALBE and not the date the transaction happened. For the second year and so on, the point accumulation period starts on the 1st of the following month until the following year. Points that are not redeemed by the previous year are considered expired and can’t be accumulated to the following year.

  5. The valid KALBE Nutritionals’ products purchase receipt is a computer-printed receipt, authentic (not a photocopy, duplicate, reprint, or copy), whole, containing the name of the purchased product, quantity of the purchased product, the price, transaction date, and the name of the store/outlet. The receipt must be able to be read clearly.

  6. Automatic point accumulation can be done if the purchase is done at KALCare Home Delivery, KALCare, and KALCare.com.

  7. If there is any difference in point calculation between KALBE and Member, the valid calculation is the one KALBE made.

  8. This Program is ineligible for milk products for kids under 1 (one) year old, products packed in sachets and sold by stalls or non-permanent merchants.

  9. These are criterias for purchase proofs that are invalid for point accumulation:

    • Bills or hand-written receipts;

    • Invoice

    • Invoice or Bill;

    • Receipt;

    • Receipts made by Koperasi;

    • Receipts made by distributors or subdistributors;

    • Receipts made by KALBE-blacklisted outlets;

    • Blurry receipts;

    • Fragile receipts;

    • Cut-off receipts;

    • Duplicated, reprints, copied receipts;

    • Carbon copy;

    • Identic receipts;

    • Fake receipts;

    • Receipts without KALBE products with points;

    • Expired purchase date on receipt;

    • Receipts without date or outlet name.

  10. KALBE has the right to change the given point value for every product with or without notifying.

  11. Member of Morinaga Rewards Club is required to save a copy of the receipts, forms, airway bills, and other necessary files.

  12. KALBE doesn’t provide service for claiming points or purchase receipts that isn’t received at KALBE’s address. You can file complaints for cases like this to the courier service used.

  13. All forms, receipts, bills, proofs of product usage that have been sent by member to KALBE will automatically belong to KALBE and cannot be returned.

  14. Points can’t be handed over, turned to cash, or combined with other member’s points.

D. Morinaga Rewards Club Gift

  1. Points owned by Member can be redeemed with an available reward if sufficient and valid.

  2. Visit https://morinagaplatinum.com/en/club/benefit to redeem Morinaga Rewards Club rewards.

  3. Member of Morinaga Rewards Club can also redeem rewards at KALCare Rewards catalogue which can be seen at www.kalbefamily.co.id

  4. Redeem rewards as soon as possible before the last day of the point accumulation period and reward redemption.

  5. Reward redemption can only be done by the owner of the Card whose name is written on the Card and will be delivered to the Card owner’s address according to Morinaga Rewards Club’s database. If KALBE finds any incorrect data at verification, and/or other frauds which violate the Terms and Conditions, KALBE has the right to cancel the reward redemption by not delivering the reward.

  6. KALBE limits Morinaga Rewards Club reward redemption at 10 (ten) rewards per day, but it is also possible to limit other reward redemptions without notifying first.

  7. KALBE can add or subtract reward variations and points with or without notifying.

  8. KALBE has the right to change the color, type, or variations of rewards with the same value or more due to unavailability.

  9. Members cannot choose the color, motif, or illustration of the reward.

  10. KALBE is not responsible for damage/incomplete reward claim after 1x24 (one by twenty four) hour.

  11. If reward redemption is done online, reward delivery will be done at least 30 (thirty) days after reward redemption.

  12. KALBE is not responsible for risks regarding errors on reward delivery caused by the Member’s negligence or incomplete address.

E. Morinaga Rewards Club Merchant

  1. Morinaga Rewards Club’s benefits can only be used by the owner whose name is written on the Card. The usage of the Card must obey the Terms and Conditions and other rules regarding the Card which can change from time to time.

  2. Morinaga Rewards Club’s benefits is only valid on a certain period of time as stated on https://morinagaplatinum.com/en/club/benefit/merchant. Morinaga Rewards Club Merchant is only valid if a KALCare Rewards Membership Card is shown on purchase.

F. KALCare Rewards Voucher

  1. Member of Morinaga Rewards Club can redeem the points into gifts such as KALCare Rewards Voucher.

  2. KALCare Rewards Voucher can only be used for transactions in outlets with KALCare Rewards, KALCare Home Delivery, and KALCare logos; and all outlets which logos are included in the KALCare Rewards Voucher as the stated value and on the valid period written on the voucher.

  3. KALCare Rewards Voucher can only be used once. If the purchase is less than the voucher’s value, consuments doesn’t get cashback.

  4. KALCare Rewards Voucher will be invalid after the period of time written on the front side of the voucher or if the voucher is broken.

  5. Redemption outlets can change without notifying first.

  6. Member of KALCare Rewards is required to check whether KALCare Rewards Voucher can be used on their neighbourhood or not before committing reward redemption with KALCare Rewards Voucher. KALBE is not responsible if KALCare Rewards Voucher cannot be used because of unavailability.

G. Others

  1. KALBE has the right to suddenly change the Terms and Conditions as well as benefits of Membership and Card without notifying first.
